INTRODUCTION :
What is happening now is that for the first time in human history, the world is forging an awareness of our existence as a single entity. Nations are incorporating the planetary dimensions of life into the fabric of our economics, politics, culture and international relations.
Due to our electronic global information system, peoples of totally different psychological and cultural expressions – whether Silicon Valley computer programmer, Bolivian tin miner, Russian worker on the Siberian oil rigs or Indonesia’s Omron employee – are being forced into a single, globalized technological context.
Globalization is the shorthand for this.
In terms of size, speed, and directional flow, the global shift in relative wealth and economic power now under way- roughly from West to East – is without precedent in modern history. This shift derives from two key sources. First, sustained increases in oil and commodity prices have generated windfall profits for the Gulf States and Russia.
Second, relatively low labor costs combined with certain government policies have shifted the locus of manufacturing and some service industries to Asia. Strong global demand for these products has made for wide economies of scale margins across Asia, particularly in China and India. These shifts in demand and supply are deep and structural, which suggests that the resulting transfer of economic power we are witnessing is likely to endure. These shifts are the driving force behind globalization

Sejak awal tahun 2001, terjun di arena Perubahan Perilaku dan Peningkatan Produktivitas dengan fungsi utama sebagai Business Developer, Account Executive dan Liaison Officer. Peranan ini membawanya berinteraksi dengan beragam kalangan dari berbagai organisasi dan industri, mulai dari manajemen puncak hingga manajemen lini pertama! Beliau menyelesaikan pendidikan S1 (Ir.) Industrial Engineering di ITB pada tahun 1989 dan atas dasar beasiswa penuh yang diterima, S2 (M.Tech.) Manufacturing and Industrial Technology di Massey University, N.Z. pada tahun 1996. Sejak tahun 2011, beliau aktif sebagai Trainer & Coach.
